2. Boxing gloves
You will probably want to invest in a good pair of boxing gloves if you are serious about the sport. There is an unlimited choice on the market regarding boxing gloves. 4. Boxing shoes:
The movement of the feet is significant in boxing. It is the difference between good and great fighters. Tennis or any pair of athletic shoes will get you through most situations as a boxing person. Headwear comes in many shapes and sizes, so it’s up to you what matches your head size and how much freedom you want. You don’t want a leader covering that disturbs your vision. If hooks are coming at you, you need to be able to defend yourself. Some head guards protect the cheeks; others leave them exposed. You can also get a headgear that covers your nose.
